Most homes in the 1,500–2,500 sq ft range take one full day. We start at 7am and aim to be cleaned up and off your property before dark. Larger roofs or steep pitches may run a day and a half — we'll tell you upfront so you can plan accordingly.
No catch. We come out, inspect the roof, measure everything, and give you a written itemized quote. You're not obligated to hire us. We'd rather earn your trust with a thorough, honest estimate than pressure you into a decision on the spot.
Yes. We work with all major carriers and can meet the adjuster on-site. We've been through this hundreds of times and know what adjusters commonly miss — decking damage, flashing, and ventilation gaps. We make sure the scope is right so you don't get shorted.
